Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and fulfilled from our USA warehouse within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delivery Time:

  • United States: 3-5 business days
  • Jamaica: 7-10 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties: International orders (including Jamaica) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at [your email address] to request a return authorization
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the return to our USA fulfillment center (address provided upon authorization)

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Returns must be shipped to our USA warehouse.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
